Your company has clearly defined its corporate mission and vision. You would also like to communicate this to your staff so that they can contribute to this on a pro-active level. This theme will be addressed in a one-day workshop, where you will discover what your own personal vision and mission are and how to apply these to your daily life. In addition, you will set up a concrete plan to communicate your corporate vision and mission to your staff.

Overview of the training program

In this training program, we will work with examples taken from real life in which people have achieved their goals and are continuing to do so. Participants will be introduced to the seven secrets to success employed by these people. What’s more, they will learn how to understand and apply these seven secrets. The importance of setting a time-line when attaining a goal will also be discussed. We will be working with the mission, vision and goals of your company throughout this entire training program.

Learning Objectives

Participants will use a systematic approach to define what they actually want in their professional and private lives and, based on this, they will set their number one goal.

Systematic approach:

• Examine and transform the old familiar patterns and opinions that are keeping you from achieving your goals.
• Recognize previously formulated goals that you actually do not want to attain at all and erase these from your mindset.
• Apply every law from nature to become more and more successful and hold onto this.
• Develop and use your attitude and energy to achieve the goals you have set for yourself.
• Assign priorities within the goals you have set; regardless of whether this involves 5 or 5,000 goals.
• Determine your most important goal.
